One view of spend. One loop for fixing it.
Everything in Release 1 belongs to the Money pack: where money goes, where it leaks, what to do about it, and a weekly view of results.
Money Map
True cost by team, product, region, customer and outcome, across people (team-level totals only), platforms, cloud, vendors, operations and marketing.
- Every figure is labelled Actual, Allocated by rule or Estimated.
- Allocation rules are versioned, so a number can be explained later.
- Multi-currency and multi-entity aware.
- People costs appear only as team totals, with strict access.
Every figure carries a label: Actual straight from source, Allocated by rule shared by a versioned rule, Estimated inferred. People costs are team-level totals only.
Leaks
A library of detectors, built one at a time and checked against worked examples before release.

Actions
Every finding becomes a case with an owner, a decision and a verified outcome.
Command Centre view
A weekly brief and recovery ledger. Found, in progress, recovered and prevented are separate totals.
Sample figures. The four totals are always kept separate and never added together, so nothing is counted twice.
Decision memory
Release 1 records each decision with its reason and shows before and after figures.
What it will not do
It never claims that a decision caused a change. It shows what happened afterwards and leaves the judgement to you.
CSV and Excel
Upload an export. Files are checked for format, size and encoding before any row is used.
Preview and mapping
Declare the date format, number format and entity. Nothing is guessed from the file name or currency.
Provenance and replays
Every row keeps its source file, sheet and row. Loading the same file again creates no new records.
A Leak, found live.
| ID | Vendor | Reference | Date | Gross | Type |
|---|
This is a small in-browser illustration with made-up vendors. The real detector is stricter, shows every matched and conflicting field, and handles currencies, lookback windows and lifecycle links.
Where we are, honestly
Governance and decisions, local CSV/Excel import, duplicate invoice detector, UI prototype on synthetic data, data model v0.3.
Multi-company database design with 47 automated security tests. Not yet connected to a live database.
Founding pilots and the free Money Diagnostic. Security review before any real customer data.
Money Map, Actions and the weekly brief on a live database. Then licences and price drift.
UK launch, accounting connectors, partner console and the Health pack.
India first, UK second
Primary customer data in your region: Mumbai first, London with the UK launch. We describe this as "primary data stored in the region", never "data never leaves the country".
Trust and security
Tenant isolation
Row-level security on every table, forced even for the table owner, tested for allowed, denied and cross-company access.
Tamper-evident audit log
Changes are chained by hash. The log never holds raw personal data or file contents.
Lawful erasure
Deletion runs from a fixed registry with approvals and legal-hold checks, not free-form commands.
Retention by class
Raw files, parsed data, evidence and audit records each have their own retention period, agreed before real data is loaded.
Security gate
No customer data until the gate is passed and retention is agreed in writing.
No bank logins
